LANDMARK

BROWNSTONE

IN BROOKLYN

This landmark brownstone in the Bedford Stuvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn was originally built in 1930. All four floors of the townhouse are being gut renovated and structurally reinforced.  Floors will be levelled and all windows will be replaced with energy efficient double glazed insulated units.  The existing traditional railroad style layout is being demolished for an open floor plan. This renovation includes a brand new kitchen installation, refinishing of all bathrooms and bedrooms, new media room, back yard terrace, modern steel and wood staircase, central air conditioning and laundry room.  This project is slated for completion in Fall 2019.
