CO-OP IN ALPHABET CITY

This pre-war apartment renovation in Alphabet city, was completed in the winter of 2019. In typical pre-war fashion, this narrow kitchen was closed off from the rest of the unit. The client wanted to knock down a wall between kitchen and living room in order to create an open plan. White shaker style cabinets help make the space feel more spacious and brighter and the deep grey herringbone tile provide a nice contrast to the cabinets and light quartz countertops. Stainless steel appliances provide a clean overall look and feel. The one bedroom was converted into a two bedroom with flexible storage space.
